This is my sons first year at SST Alamo, last year he was home schooled, and i was very weary about how this year would be for him at a new school, but hopeful. I can say that at the very beginning of his 4th grade year at SST Alamo i didnt know if i would keep him here or take him out, due to his adjustments his was having. We are now coming to the end of the year of his first year and i have seen a transformation in my son that i havent seen in all the years of him being in school!! SST Alamo is Far the best school there is and how ive seen my son grow so much and how he has opened up and trust his teachers and practically everyone he comes in contact with, gives me a great piece of mind, when just a few months back i wasnt sure what to do. The teachers and the staff are by far the best teachers and the vice principal cares about his students, everyone there cares about there students and makes you feel like more like a family than just a child attending their school!!

We have had a great experience while at this small, safe, close-knit school. The faculty and staff work as a team, and administration is very supportive. This year over the summer, the building was expanded to included several new classrooms, a completed gym, and new playground. From the outside of the school, there is no way to tell the greatness that exists within! My three students are very happy at this school, and I appreciate that each of their teachers holds them to high expectations and standards each and every day.
This is a small school with 419 kids from kindergarten to 8th grade. Everyone knows each other; the kids, the teachers, other staff, parents. My daughter is getting an amazing education in a safe environment where she's not just a number, she's a face and a name with a story.
