I liked the academic and social experience I've had at School For Excellence. Socially, I prospered, I made a lot of acquaintance's, a couple of great connections and friends as well. Academically, it's so hard to focus in that environment but it made me realize that you have to want to do better for yourself not because someone told you to do so. School For Excellence is a sink or swim environment, you either pay attention and get what you need to prosper in life or you become a super senior and become a statistic.

I believe mostly everyone that works in this small school are trying their absolute best to educate and improve the lives of the students that attend. However with the limited amount of resources this school has and the environment we faced made it hard to focus on learning. Going in to college I didn't feel prepared not one bit however i learned to appreciate it more. Learning felt new and great. Im not saying this school is the worst place in the world I just feel that with more money for books, programs and resources that maybe the kids attendance would have gone up and maybe we would have graduated with more students that year.
My high school experience has been average up to now because my school runs differently compared to other high schools. I wish my school received more financial support to better assist students.
