Sayville High School is a good school and a lot of my teachers were really great people. They definitely cared about me personally and were kind and inviting. The quality of education is great too. However, it’s extremely cliquey which makes it hard to make friends if you’re not a clique person. I don’t think the staff really has any interest in trying to fix that either. Sayville’s also a huge football school, which can get a little annoying at times. Definitely the biggest problem though is how people treat others that are even the slightest bit different from them. If you’re not 100% into the clique and football life, then you’re definitely going to struggle socially. But a lot of my teachers have been incredible with me and many other students, so it’s something to definitely be grateful for.
I really enjoyed my time at Sayville High School. Overall, the town vibe was amazing. Small town, everyone is kind and fun. School spirit is incredible. Teachers are phenominal and most are alumni. The town always comes together to celebrate eachothers wins and help eachother during hardships. All critiques are taken seriously and involvement is there by faculty and staff
I loved everything about Sayville High School. I loved getting involved with school events and eventually became the president of my high school. Being involved with clubs is something that most students in my high school got involved with. Sayville High School has amazing teachers and has great academics. School is very important to me and being involved with sports and clubs made me love school even more. All of the teachers love creating close bonds with there students. Having a close bond with a teacher makes you like the subject ore and a good way to get involved with class discussion. Taking initiative play huge roll when joining a club and or sports team.
