I had the greatest experience at Satellite High School from 2014-2018. The smaller number of students truly creates a friendly environment which allows students to form long-lasting and meaningful relationships with their peers, and even more so, with their teachers. I feel so privileged to have been able to attend Satellite as an out of area student, because my teachers and the friends I made there have really changed my life and made me a better person and student in more ways than I can explain. I do not think I could have asked for a better high school experience. My teachers were always there for me, whether I had an academic issue or a personal one, they were always willing to listen to what I had to say and point me in the right direction. Going to Satellite gave me a reason to look forward to every day, which is something I feel like not a lot of high schoolers are able to say, and I am forever grateful for the impact my school has on me.

Satellite Senior High School was amazing in helping me get on the path to college. The teachers care about every individual students, and follow through with their programs throughout the year, thus making the courses organized, and giving me a better learning experience. Satellite Senior High School has an amazing guidance system, who will not only help you through personal problems, but they will put you on right path for college. Satellite High also owns the title for the best public school in the state of Florida, for both girls and boys cross country. My 3 and 1/4 years at Satellite high have given me long lasting memories, and set me up for the future in every way I needed it.
I still currently attend Satellite. Overall, the staff and administration are very friendly. Depending on the teacher, they'll usually offer to help any student in need. Whether it's personal or academic. There will always be some form of help. The work load isn't too bad, but can still be stressful if it accumulates. Satellite has a variety of sports to offer. Last year, the football team had a tremendous season. It was always a good time to spend Friday nights. The overall atmosphere of the school is okay, at best.
