Sarah W. Gibbons Middle School Reviews

The students in Gibbons, as well as the faculty and administrators make the transition from elementary school to middle school fairly easy and I was able to take it in a stride. The students there are so supportive and amazing, and heard about a student being teased or bullied in Westborough. The one thing that I could criticize about this school is its academics. The school offers honors courses in math. However, for the academically gifted student who could easily take an 11th or 12th grade course in 7th grade, Gibbons was simply too easy. I was able to effortlessly get As or A+s in my core classes, while many of my friends struggled to get B's in the same classes that I aced. As an eighth grader, I believe the school needs more academic levels, but that is a completely biased opinion.

Teachers are nice but the school doesn't provide not very high level academics. Also no diversity what so ever but an ok athletic school.
