I started attending Santa Fe Christian in 5th grade and graduated from there in 2016. Santa Fe Christian (SFC) has been an incredible community geared towards empowering students to pursue their passions and find new ones in a loving environment. As a student, I could challenge myself as much as I wanted in honors-level and AP-level classes, and I could push myself out of my comfort zone and try something new, such as theater or a new sport. SFC does a great job of combining faith with education, and you can often see students meeting outside of class hours to pursue Biblical fellowship together. The teachers are out of this world, and it's so easy to see how much these teachers care for the students they teach. This school and community is incredible, go Eagles!

I attended this school since pre-school, and I have loved every second of it! The teachers were amazing and truly cared about our well-being and our academics. Mr. Maxon teaches the Calculus courses and Advanced Math courses and gave me so much encouragement to perform my best! His passion for math is truly contagious! Santa Fe prepared me so well for college as I am now attending UC Berkeley studying a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The community here has been a blessing and is paralleled to no other.
The teachers, staff, and coaches at this school are incredible and the academics are amazing, but the students are a different story. Many come from wealthy families and have a strong sense of entitlement. Even beyond the snobbiness is a total disregard for others and judgmental spirit. Of course, some students are very kind and considerate, but as there are less than 150 kids in each grade, the options are limited. For a Christian school, the kids sure don't act like it. If it weren't for the top-notch academics, and the staff who have impacted me greatly, I would have transferred. I still give the school 4 stars because I think it would be unfair to all my excellent teachers if I gave any less. Just be warned, this school is for those looking for a good education, not kind peers.
