My experience at San Gorgonio High School has been postively encouraging. I believe it has been a system of support and opportunities granted to all students. Although the environment that it resides in is not affluent, students still flourish academically and find ways to improve our community. My school is a motivator to produce effective leaders of our future and integrates exemplary individuals into the adult world. From clubs, academic courses, to leadership programs, even though few, students take advantage of the opportunities offered as we know they are the only chances we are given to even come close to other privileged schools. It may not be the best school in the world, but we know how to use the resources and tools given to us. It teaches me that I have to work harder than the average individual. My school is an exemplary place for students wishing to understand the results of hard work. Our counselors and teachers encourage us to further our education onto college.

My experience in San Gorgonio was exceptional. All my instructors cared about all the students' education and future, so they encouraged us to challenge ourselves and prepare for our future. I loved how the whole school was extremely involved in school activities, and always expressed their spartan pride. It is an incredibly diverse environment and bullying is almost minimal because the students believe in equal treatment. the only thing that I would change for San Gorgonio is provide more language classes, other than Spanish, so it may encourage students to learn about different cultures and possibly be interested in international affairs, travel, or open more opportunities.
At San Gorgonio, I felt very connected with each student. I was very dedicated during school and after school, with extra-curricular activities. I would always wear school gear during school-pride days and support other clubs in fundraisers. The staff was very helpful. The teachers are very skillful. Some teachers were state-ranked for class success.
