When I was a student at San Elizario High School one thing I appreciated was the wholesome of the community and the welcoming environment. The teachers served as resources when we needed help and were willing to go out of their way to make sure we understood the material.

One thing I would love to see are improvements in the facilities and the courses offered to broaden students interest.

I had a poor experience with my high school. There were a lot of occasions of being mistreated by some teachers. I had an emergency phone call from my mom, and I was at my last class of the day where it was 2 minutes from ending. It was theater arts so, I quickly walked down the stage to answer and let my teacher know it was an emergency. She proceeded to try to rip my phone off me and when I didn't, she pored water on me from her water bottle. One of the most humiliating moment I had in that school. Then there's the teachers that just don't do their jobs right, they sit in their desk and give us a work sheet they printed off google. I really wish I would of had a better experience here.
My experience in San Elizario High School is pretty good. Academically, the school is great. The teachers in this school are excellent and they are always willing to help their students succeed. However, the school culture can be improved and so can the diversity.
