I came into this school as a transfer student and after all I had heard about it, the outcome was a huge letdown. If you want your child to be any less prepared for real life, look no further than Salesianum. For one, it is a all boys, predominantly white, predominantly wealthy school. There is most likely more drugs here than the public school which I transferred from (students come to school at Salesianum high frequently). Additionally, among forcing students to sell lottery tickets with the threat of $100 student debt, Salesianum will easily higher alumni over actual qualified teachers, and few actually have an education degree (not required in public school).

P.S. NO AIR CONDITIONING make sure your teacher opens the windows!

Wonder where my parents $14,000 is going?
Review Salesianum School
Salesianum is a great experience. The things you learn and are taught and the relationships you make will carry on with you far after graduation. The academics alone and teachers are amazing with teachers being passionate, involved, and want to see you succeed. Beyond academics, the sports program at Salesianum is phenomenal. The multitude of sports offered is amazing, all of which have amazing coaches and an amazing record, with over 150 state championships overall. The brotherhood is unlike anything I've ever witnessed. The community of Salesianum including alumni and current students and staff is so strong and inclusive and supportive. No matter who you are, there are not really any cliches and everyone is apart of the Salesianum community and legacy. The values the school instills in you will always stay with you and have made me a better person. They could really have better fries at lunch though.
Salesianum is the best high school in Delaware! They provide a challenging curriculum, inspire young boys to become fine gentlemen, and they support families in times of great need. My son is about to graduate, and this was the best investment of our lives! They have a fabulous administration and a loving and talented staff.
