We LOVE this school district! Our son is thriving here. He’s made gifted programs and excels in athletics. He is reading more than he ever has before and enjoying all of his teachers.
Salem has wonderful teachers and staff. My children have received amazing instruction from the teachers here. I feel they are receiving excellent education. Looking forward to the new buildings in the near future.
I have NEVER experienced the kind of interaction with staff as I have with Little Miami Salem Schools. I am new to the district this year and thought maybe it was just because of the change however that in fact is NOT the reason. You are not made to feel welcomed by staff when you go into this school. If there is any issues that come up DON'T expect them to even try to act like they care. I have many years interacting with school systems and this one is by far the worse! I was even told today that if I want to come to the school I need to make an appointment that they are just to big of a school. I have to go into the school every month to drop off medication unfortunately I have experienced negative, unfriendly, unwelcoming behavior every time.
I have met a handful of staff who still try to make you feel welcomed, Mrs. Smith, Miss Daniel's, and her assistant.
