Saint Xavier, or “Saint X” as it’s usually referred to, has been an amazing experience for me. My classes have always been tough and challenging, and the work load is a lot. However, the faculty doesn’t simply leave you floundering when you need help. I’ve always received the help I needed in various subjects to succeed.
Beyond that, they prepare you for a world outside the classroom. The teachers are professional and courteous, and many have taught me important lessons unrelated to their subject.
Saint X will also help you not only get ready for college, but actually get to college. They make sure parents and students are aware early on of what they need to be doing to make sure their son moves on.
Unfortunately, Saint X is about 90% white in demographic, maybe more. This is not a fault of the school per se, but there were certainly times when I wished I had a better perspective from minorities in the classroom.

It was a great school! They need to change the cellphone policy and the pullover policy. The dress code rules are very bad. They need to allow you to wear snow boots to school in the snow, not dress shoes. This can become a very bad liability and a possibility of lawsuits.
Because I chose to attend Saint X, the past four years of my life have been intense and difficult—and so, so incredible because of it. It’s a transformative experience. The majority of the faculty and staff members are amazing people, and many of them seem almost irreplaceable to me. It’s like I could not imagine anybody else in their positions because they absolutely go above and beyond what one might expect from high school teachers and coaches.
