Saint Johns is a private, all-boys, Xaverian Brothers school in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The school works towards turning boys into young men who will go on to have a positive impact on society. Some of the things that I most appreciate about the school are the benefits of an all-boys education. For one, better relationships are built with teachers through the focus on only having to appeal to one gender in the classroom. There is also a grand sense of brotherhood throughout the whole school that makes it a truly enjoyable academic, athletic, and social environment. The teachers at my school are also really dedicated and passionate about their job, and this adds to an overall enriching and rewarding academic experience. There is not much I wish to see change in such an admirable and renowned school like Saint John's, and my time there so far has been nothing but great.

Review Saint John's High School

I graduated in 2021, and I am able to confidently convey that Saint Johns was both the best choice of High School for me, but also the single most important 4 years of my youth for my academic and moral development as a young man. Saint Johns transformed me from a young kid with little direction into a young man focused on personal development attending one of the best Universities in the world. Not only was every faculty member and teacher entirely committed to growing my academic potential, but also to ensuring every student has pathways to better understand their place in the world around them and navigate personal questions of purpose that are so essential to a high schoolers development. Not only that, but through the plethora of extracurricular and athletic opportunities, I found fulfillment in friendships, passions, and the fields of study in which I wish to dedicate my professional life. SJ is the ideal setting for growing young men, and I would do in again in any lifetime.

I have had a positive expereince during my 4 years at Saint John's HIgh School. The school offers many extracurricular activities, has competitive sports programs along with rigorous academics. Saint John's cultivated my growth as a student but more importantly as a person. I believe my expereince at Saint John's has prepared me to be a compassionate and an effective citizen.
