The school is generally good in the education department. Teachers care, offer one on one help and offer a diverse and in depth curriculum to help students achieve their goals. Though, the elementary students get bogged down with loads of homework that can equal as much as a high school student. If your child has any needs or special issues that need attention in the lower grades, this is not the school for them. The upper school is probably the better side as it truly helps students be ready to compete and succeed in college. The leaders of the school are a poor bunch who have no idea how to actually run the business side and no clue how to treat their employees. Empty promises, constant lies and micro management are what causes the horrible turn over rate this institution has.

Is Sage Ridge a perfect school? No. Is it for everyone? No. But my middle school kids like their teachers, like the small class sizes, and have found where they fit in the overall school community. The quality of education they are receiving far exceeds the WCSD public education they were getting previously. Is it still middle school? Yes? Is there still drama? Yes. But overall the size of the school helps to keep tabs on all the kids and supports them through challenges academically and socially. You cannot fall through the cracks at SR.
I have had two children at this school for the last 6 years, one graduated and onto college and the other in high school currently. We have truly loved our experience here. My oldest was more than ready for college and had her pick of great places to attend. She is thriving more than her piers as a freshman in college.
Even though the academics are challenging, the preparation the dedicated teachers give the children for going out into the world is unparalleled. The only reason I give them a 4 star and not a 5 is they need to continue to value and improve their sports programs. They have come a long way and I believe it continues to do so. Some incredible athletes and scholars at this school.
