Sabine Pass School Reviews
Rating 3.81 out of 5 53 reviews
Sabine Pass is a very small school that offers peace and comfort from some of the problems one can encounter in large public schools like bullying, large disruptions from work, and large fights. Despite the comfort, Sabine is not great for preparing students for postsecondary education. I had to find out about dual credit myself and work to find out about opportunities myself. Sabine also harbors a cramp, suppressive environment that is different from bigger schools because of its lack of personality diversity. The cramped environment and the lack of opportunities have made me stronger because it has led to me looking inward and improving myself. I would not suggest Sabine to a student who wishes for a plethora of post graduate opportunities and personal freedom, but I would suggest Sabine to those that have trouble handling the expansiveness of going to a large school.
I have been attending Sabine Pass School for four years and have enjoyed my experience there. This school stands out in academics, the safety of the environment, and in its ability to provide for the students and staff there. Also, the students and teachers are generally encouraging and friendly with one another. The atmosphere promoted here is inclusive of many kinds of people no matter their differences. However, I think that this school could inprove by reworking its sports regime for students interested in athletics, despite its past victories. Overall, this school is great place for people to grow and learn.
This school values student success with an excellent curriculum and focus in UIL Academics. Comfortable class sizes ensure students get the help they need from teachers. If only the drive wasn't so far out of the way, it would be nearly perfect!
