I was very fortunate to be able to send my three daughters to Rutgers Preparatory School. The curriculum, the art and music program, and the campus, including the science and technology labs are superior. However, the biggest treasure that RPS has is the quality of the faculty. They want the students to succeed and to see their own potential. They all have an innate interest for each and every student and it doesn’t stop when the students graduate. Faculty members keep in touch and they are delighted to hear from the many successful alumni. The students learn in a comfortable, fun, yet challenging environment and are exposed to many aspects of school life where they can blossom. My daughters discovered and developed their passion thanks to the care and attention of all their teachers from the lower school to their senior year.
Review Rutgers Preparatory School
I am a parent of an alum that had transferred into Rutgers Prep during high school. The transition was as welcoming and seamless as possible during a very stressful time. The effort from the entire staff and the compassion experienced from the entire Prep community never faltered throughout my child's entire high school career. Rutgers Prep is a true family in every sense of the word and the close bond remains well after you leave the school. Academically, they prepared my child to meet the challenges of college as a student athlete and the quality of classes were far superior to what was experience at another prestigious private school. The choice to attend Rutgers Prep remains the best decision we ever made.
I owe Rutgers Prep so much, the people are what make the place so special. The faculty is caring and would do anything to have you succeed. They are devoted to their student's success and happiness, this starts at the top with headmaster Dr. Loy and trickles down to every member of the faculty and staff. I attended RPS from the age of 4 through high school graduation and throughout college have realized I was prepared to succeed while other students coming from other independent/private schools or public schools have struggled. I will always cherish the relationships I have made with both faculty and classmates.
