There are many things I like about Royse City High school. Since the first day I was there until the last one, I didn't have any problem with anyone and it was easy to adapt to the change. Every single person that worked there was friendly and really show that they cared and wanted to help you in any way they could. Other than that, the teachers who I had, show that they really enjoyed their jobs and how much they cared about our studies. They got along with us the students really well and the homework were often challenging yet easy to understand. With that being said, students over there were really friendly and they respected and got along with each other really well. When it meant to teamwork, no one was left behind and there was always an activity to everyone to do.

People were often scheduled into the wrong classes. There was high teacher turnover, and the replacements needed time to adjust, and some even seemed unable to teach the subject they were teaching. This left many students stressed out and unprepared throughout the year.

However, the school had partnerships with colleges to allow students to participate in dual credit. Additionally there were many options for students to take AP courses to knock out college credits.

There are also plenty of extracurricular activities such as sports or fine arts, and many clubs to join, as well.
Royse City High School has some of the most supportive and caring teachers. Most of the teachers push their students to their highest potential, and are always willing to stay before and after school to help a struggling student. Like all schools there are also teachers that do not care to be there aswell as administrators that are not always supportive and don't pay attention to students complaints and worries but nothing no other school faces. Royse City High School has a beautiful campus and lots of resources to reach students goals. The student bodie is very supportive of each other and also has awesome after school activities and clubs to join. With every school there's always their own problems but nothing you wouldn't face at another school.
