Royal Valley High School has been a great experience for me and I could also speak for the other students at Royal Valley. In the District everyone takes you in no matter the conditions. Our teachers provide a great learning environment to succeed in the real world along with college readiness programs that allow the students to be more than they can be. I have never been disappointed in our district, our faculty are always in a positive mood welcoming students in the door. Royal Valley is a great choice for someone looking to become more in life in my opinion.

I think Royal Valley has a really great culture. Most of the teachers are great and supportive. Athletics and extracurriculars are of a wide variety. There is almost always something to be involved with. After school games are always full of spirit and energy no matter the outcome. When we went to State the school support was so amazing to see and be a part of. I have thought about becoming a teacher and I would love to come back to RV if given the chance because of the support system and spirit.
I was fortunate to attend Royal Valley for K-12. Growing up in a small town community was wonderful. Everyone was always kind and talking to one another. I believe Royal Valley is one of the better public schools in the area. Teachers all care about your education and help in any way possible to see you succeed. The one on one learning helped me tremendously.
A few things I wish I would have been taught though include, how to do taxes, how to get a loan, what a job interview will be like. Those things were briefly touched on in one particular class so if you didn't take that class you wouldn't get any of that information.
Overall though it really is a great school. Both of my parents graduated from Royal Valley and so did my brother and I. If I wouldn't have moved to a new town I would definitely be sending my children there.
