Royal Palm Beach is an outstanding high school despite what is portrayed in the media. The teachers are understanding and extremely nice. The principal Jesus Armas is connected with the students and allows for students to voice their opinion on important matters. Everyone on the campus is treated with respect and praised for their duties; The janitors, the people who work in the cafeteria, the teachers, AND the students for their dedication and hard work. Royal Palm Beach High School has a diverse student population and mixes all the different possible cultures into one, in order to create a suitable environment to the students, I love it!

My daughter has attended RPBHS since her freshman year and will be a senior starting August 2019. Overall the the experience has been good. The teachers, counselors and administrators are easy to communicate with.
And my daughter so far has had teachers who encourage and engage the students. The school offers IB, AICE and Honors courses, several Academy programs, sports and clubs.
Also the administration is quick to inform parents of issues arising on campus.
Personally, I would like to see less students overall as these schools with such large number of students seem to lose the hometown feel or closeness. And seems not enough staff to completely monitor a great number of students.
I have never had a poor experience with this school. I truly believe that every teacher, coach, and administrator on campus genuienly wants every student to suceed in school and in life, and they try their best to make that happen. The staff is so caring of the students on campus, and show themselves as not only authoritative figures, but adults that students can trust and rely on. The principal, Dr. Armas, is one of the most kindhearted and hardworking people I have ever met. He prides himself with keeping us safe and getting the job done, but he is also a very well-respected man who many of us students admire. He is truly an amazing principal and I could not ask for more from my school. Thank you to everyone on staff for making our school the best that it can be.
