I was fortunate enough to attend a college-prep school such as Routt Catholic High School. Routt Catholic's motto is "enter to grow, leave to serve". Teachers at Routt Catholic provide you with the education you will need to achieve success. I believe by the time I graduate from high school, I will have the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in my career. I also value the fact that each student must complete their service hours. It not only allows the student to be involved in school activities but also the community. However, there are a few things I would change about Routt such as their diversity of students and faculty. Speaking from someone of color, I attend a
predominantly all-white school with only three mixed students including me. I would also like if the school offered more classes such as a cooking class, German class, workshop class, and etc.

This is my first year attending Routt Catholic High school and I love it. The teachers are beyond helpful and so are the students. Their academics are very rigorous and challenging, which is a good thing because they are helping to prepare us for college. All the teachers want nothing but for their students to all be successful. Although I am just a sophomore I feel as if I were to go to college right now, I would be prepared.
I love the small class sizes at Routt. The teachers are always willing to come in early before school or stay late after school if you should need help. I would like to see the dirty locker rooms and restrooms be cleaned daily. I would also like to suggest that we have a few more non uniform days and that the school be decorated with more school pride to create a happier atmosphere.
