I love Rouse! There are so many different activities, events, clubs, classes, and overall opportunities, you are sure to find your people with the same interests. There are so many teachers who care about their students and their learning and growth as people. Rouse is filled with people happy to help and are eager to see you succeed. I would really love it if it were more unified and had a more prominent culture and traditions, but they are constantly looking to improve based on student feedback and I believe they are looking to work on this in the future. Overall I loved my time at Rouse and am so grateful I got to spend the past four years there making memories and building lifelong relationships. “Live Strong, Live Proud, Rouse High!”

I really enjoyed Rouse High School because the community built within it was strong. There's a huge amount of school pride that everyone carries to every football game, band competition, and theater performance. It's a school woven together with this love everyone shared for it. There were many opportunities to join in with some school activity no matter what your passion was! The staff was always fun and went as far as they could to help all their students out. My one concern was the constant schedule changes the administration enforced every year because it confused the students and created setbacks. Over all I loved this school!
My experience at rouse has been a positive and academically challenging experience. The teachers and staff constantly attempt to prepare me for college and the real world by providing some real life examples and sometimes running their class like a college course. The coaches for the most part are very good and actually care about us as people. They have great conversions with us about issues such as racism and are there as mentors for us. The facilities are decent and there are no major issues. The training room however, is very good. Everytime I had an injury in high school there were great treatment plans and great equipment for me to get healthy. The food is average at best, as it is mostly frozen. However, there are lots of different options for food from different cultures. Overall my experience at Rouse is very good. What makes Rouse so special are the teachers and coaches that strive to build deep and caring relationships with the students.
