Round Top- Carmine High School is a very little school. We all know each other and the different grades take care of each other. The atmosphere is upbeat and we don't have all the other distractions and violence as the bigger schools do. We are all very competitive, however we strive to make everyone do their best.

My overall experience at RT-C was pretty good, the staff was awesome and felt like home to me. I attending RT-C since kindergarten and never regretted my decision. High school was much different than the elementary, but just like any other school the classes got harder. All of the staff members were very welcoming and I was very comfortable there. There was a lot of clubs, which I was in a few. The athletics were very good as well. I played almost all the sports being as there was only around 85 people in my high school my freshman year. For the most part RT-C was a very good school to me.
The building is old and not cleaned well, the food is terrible, there are barely any clubs and organizations available, and the students are often close-minded and snotty. I have found the teachers are actually pretty great people for the most part, but they are tired and overworked often.
