Educating children age 4 through grade 6, Rossman School’s exceptional teachers are dedicated to discovering and nurturing that which makes each student one-of-a-kind. Ranked among the nation’s 50 Best Private Elementary Schools (TheBestSchools.org), Rossman implements a rich curriculum emphasizing strong academics, character development and leadership skills. The school’s thoughtfully designed program inspires a love for learning while providing a solid foundation in language arts, mathematics and specialty subjects such as art, music, science, Spanish, and social studies.
Nestled on a 20-acre campus, Rossman’s safe, joyful learning environment is purposefully designed for the development of young learners. A small community of one class per grade provides a personal and supportive climate that cultivates confidence, encourages risk taking and improves learning.
Through careful attention to the whole child, Rossman prepares graduates to excel in an ever-changing world.
The Rossman Family Program
Each student becomes a member of a Rossman Family when they enroll and remains part of that family until they graduate. Rossman Families include a student from each grade and are led by a teacher or administrator. As a whole school, time is set aside each month to gather together, build friendships across all ages and focus on our shared goal to develop the habits that lead to character growth.
