From Rosehill Christian School

Rosehill Christian School was founded in 1990. The ongoing financial support of generous constituents has allowed Rosehill Christian School to persist in challenging students academically while developing them spiritually. The growing faculty and facilities enable Rosehill Christian School’s student/teacher ratio to remain low, and classroom technology is rapidly advancing to keep pace with the changing instructional needs and learning styles of today’s youth.

Rosehill Christian School remains committed to its original vision of integrating God’s voice and vision into the lives of the students it serves while providing high academic and moral standards.

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)

I’ll always think of Rosehill as home and the teachers as my family, but the place has definitely changed. There’s been a huge change in the administration and the school is in a lot of transition right now, for better or for worse. There have been essential values that I know everyone has been exposed to, and the teachers genuinely care about the wellbeing of the student, but watch out for biases. Biases are more common with the sports coaches or with who the rules are enforced on and who aren’t based on their last name or how much money their parents donate. The administration is very loving but still has some work it needs to do in figuring out how to resolve conflict. As a whole though, I certainly feel prepared for college and that my relationship with the Lord has grown. If anyone in the area is considering Rosehill Christian school, I would recommend it.

Rosehill has the best teachers ever. They are extremely involved in the students lives and always have their best interest in mind. Our academics push students to strive to become their best selves. Our athletics are amazing and constantly improving. We hold multiple state titles for our women's track and field, women's basketball, and our baseball program.
I really enjoyed being able to grow up in a Christian environment where I could ask questions and learn more about my faith and it be an everyday thing. The opportunities to go out and be involved in something that brought glory to the Lord was always at my fingertips. The teachers are all so loving and are willing to make sure you succeed in whatever class you are taking. The teachers also equip you for college. There are a lot of college classes you can take and they aren't necessarily super easy. I have learned a lot of skills that I can take and apply them when I get to college. For example, writing essay after essay in a history class and being able to remember everything that needs to be in that essay. I have been equipped to write well, memorize, organize, study, etc.
