Teachers here at Rodney at poorly treated at this school both by administration and by students. The discipline at this school is poor. Most students and staff are miserable here. The constant mandates that this school/county has the staff do makes it hard to work at Rodney. Unless you want to cry every night after work, I suggest that you do not work here.

I am student that goes to Rodney Thompson and I am currently in 7th grade. I think that this school is great. The teachers and staff that work here make me feel safe and ready to learn every single day! One day I aspire to go to Harvard and I think that Thompson can definitely help me achieve this. This is why I think that Thompson is a great school
The staff is super welcoming. Teachers are very responsive and communicate with parents. The music department needs improvement.
