I love RRHS. Overall great school, and you can tell the teachers care about you. I’ve so far only ran into one teacher I haven’t liked, but even then it’s not really an issue. Lots of clubs and activities to get involved in and diversify your resume. Also many facilities, from the library having xbox consoles to the weight room and swimming pool. Great place to ready yourself for college!
I love Rocky River High school and have had a great 4 year experience here. The teachers are great and really help you stay on track and teach you in a very fun and unique way to really make sure you understand the topic. The extra activities you can involve yourself in after school hours is great. They have such a variety and the sports teams just have such a fun camaraderie. You really can count on your teammates, have a good time and if you are struggling with something your teammates will always be there to pick you up. Rocky River has such a variety of classes they offer which I find so unique because it can really expose you to a variety of different hobbies you are interested and really could lead to a future career. Lastly, the community is so great and everyone knows each other. Rocky River is a small town and everyone knows each other and they just really look out for each other.
I really enjoyed my four years a Rocky River High School. During middle school, I did lots of activities like band, swimming and hockey. There were many high schools that would not let me do all three, but Rocky River High School had excellent programs for all three of these activities. Aside from having fun with activities, the teachers were really engaging and caring. I have learned a lot by being challenged and had fun doing so!
