Rocky Mountain High School is a great school. Even though it is generously overcrowded, it is made up for by our massive sense of school pride. We have clubs for about everything, and everyone is nice to each other. I would like to see a new high school built that makes it legal to have so many students, because it would give other schools chances to win at anything and obviously shorten out student count. Even though we have so many people the student council really knows how to keep our student section wild. All three of them! I really enjoy being a part of Rocky Mountain High School even with all the downsides

I moved here as a sophomore and didn’t know what to think. Some of the policies at Rocky Mountain are just crazy! This past year the administration enacted a ruling of no homework, no late work, and your grade was based entirely on tests. This made learning next to impossible as much teachers did not even provide homework so you could gain confidence over what you quickly went over in class. This especially became a problem in math class. Even if a teacher did assign homework there was no motivation or reason to complete it, even if you did complete it there was no point as teachers did not even review it,
The staff at Rocky Mountain High School is overall very good. It's obvious that most of the staff cares about the students' well-being and want them to grow as a person. I do wish however that the school would showcase more of the visual art and show off Rocky's awesome art talent! The coaches at RMHS are dedicated to their job and strive to make relationships with their students. The teachers really do want the best for their kids.
