Rockwall-Heath High School has amazing sports programs that allow for athletic individuals to flourish. However the arts departments have Fewer luxuries. The academics in the school allow for students to grow, offering many AP and IB opportunities for all students. The school also has programs for kids discovering what they want with their Academy Campus. For people struggling academically, the school offers tutoring resources. Some teachers have less than adequate teaching methods however the majority teaches very well. The same classes can be rigorous or laid back depending on the teacher. Arena scheduling is a great way for students to get a more efficient learning schedule for their personal needs. Although there are security guards on campus, security measures could be higher. The ID system is relied heavily instead of more reliable measures. Cleanliness is good for a public school, but could always be higher. Diversity could be portrayed better. A lot of Club activities for all.

Rockwall-Heath High School was a wonderful high school experience. The school prepared me for college with courses such as pre-ap,AP,and dual credit courses. Their faculty really have a heart for education and engage the students in that manner, which really motivated me to excel in all my classes. Rockwall-Heath High School gave me the opportunity to pursue potential career paths with programs such as EMT, which was a challenge, but I have learned so much about teamwork and can appreciate the job these people do everyday. Rockwall-Heath also encourages their students to be involved within the community and school by offering clubs such as student council,FCCLA, and HOSA. I was involved in the student council,HOSA and National Honor Society program, which kept me involved with my community. RHHS gave me a great high school experience that prepared me for my further education and future, while also giving me memories I will cherish forever.
Although my high school experience was cut short, I ended my years at Rockwall-Heath High School with great knowledge, great friends, and great memories. Rockwall-Heath High School does well at providing students with an abundance of resources that helped enhance my learning experience, such as, dual credit and AP classes, new technology, and a variety of exciting and interesting elective courses. One thing I would hope to see improvement in for the benefit of future students is a better staff. Unfortunately, during my four years at Rockwall-Heath I encountered several staff members that made me feel less than smart. Something I recently found while taking a dual credit class through Rockwall-Heath was the benefit of a compassionate professor. I have not come by many in my years as a student, but have experienced the greatness that comes from a dedicated instructor.
