    AMDG! This is a great catholic high school, one of the best you can attend in the entire state. The sports program is fantastic. It may be even better than some colleges. The academics are of great quality - everyone in Rockhurst is both smart and athletic. The entire organization is closely connected to the local community and every Rockhurst students feel like brothers to each other. The only thing disappointing is diversity. This school is 90% white with few minorities, so there's not much to represent different cultures and races. Regardless, you'll never regret being part of the Rockhurst organization. The school is undergoing major renovation throughout the campus, so current and future students are blessed to enjoy all those new facilities.

    I have had two sons graduate from Rockhurst High School. My oldest will be a junior at Creighton University and he was completely prepared for the rigorous academic excellence required at this school. My graduating senior will also be attending Creighton University. I will have a rising Junior and he has been academically challenged as well as athletically. All of my boys have been members of the Swim and Dive Program which has helped them to be challenged physically and conditioned to going above and beyond in their daily routine. I have a rising 7th grader who is eager to follow his brothers to Rockhurst in two years. I can't imagine them going to any other high school!
    My experience as an alum, parent of two graduates, one current student and two future students couldn't be any better.

    Highlights include a premium placed on and delivery of:
    - outstanding academics and college preparation;
    - first rate performance and fine arts programs;
    - an awarding winning STEAM curriculum;
    - renowned speech and debate programs;
    - a storied athletics program typically winning annual state championships in multiple sports;
    - spiritual development through fellowship and retreat programs; and
    - most importantly, personal growth of each student with the goal of becoming a Man for Others.

    In addition to all of this for every student, Rockhurst High School's alumni and friend network is outstanding. Graduates can rest assured there is a large population of alums in Kansas City, the region and nation available and thrilled to help however they can.
