I’ve just started school as a Freshman as so far I like it. Before I even got here, I felt excited with a sense of Rock Fidge Pride with having over 100 clubs and many opportunities. I like my teachers and feel like they actually care about me and want me to do best and prepare for college.

Cafeteria food is better than that of my Middle School even though it’s the same food, so that says something about cooks.

The Fine Arts here is amazing! Especially if you like Theatre or Band. I believe Obama even came to our school to commend the Theatre kids. The sports teams are not as good but if you join a sport, you’ll feel pretty good as we have very loud and proud pep rallies for our sports.

There’s mostly Caucasian and Indians but still plenty of poc, Spanish and Asian kids. I’d say it’s pretty diverse.

Everyone gets involved and has a lot of school spirit so if you’re looking to enjoy your final days of childhood before college, Rock Ridge would fit the criteria.

Rock Ridge High School is a diverse, clean, and well-rounded high school. It is managed well by the awesome teachers that teach here. Being one of the most over-crowded high schools in the county, the teachers know how to handle the large crowd of kids. Even though Rock Ridge High School is a newer school and the sports teams are not the best, academics are one of the top in the state! Rock Ridge High School is located in one of the wealthiest counties in the US and correctly meets the standards that it is known to have.
Rock Ridge is a pretty amazing school. It runs a little differently from other high schools in Loudoun and is definitely more competitive than other high schools in the area. Grades cannot be compared to other schools in the county, as Rock Ridge has a much stricter retake and grading policy. Rock Ridge is an amazing school for drama as well, we are one of the top four schools in the country and our company does amazing things in the span of 8 or so weeks! The sports at Rock Ridge are somewhat lacking when compared to other Loudoun schools, this is mostly because the students are focused on academics and STEM. After school activities are doing well and growing at Rock Ridge, debate competes with the likes of TJ and other activities are doing well. The staff does its best to help the students succeed and get better. There is a policy called Rock Block, where every student has study hall at the same time, allowing students to arrange meetings with teachers they need to see.
