Adams is the only Blue Ribbon high school in Michigan, so we take pride in our excellence. Our academics and scores are always in the top rankings of the state and our sports are to be reckoned with, as we win several state championships per year. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

The academic resources I have access to are incredible. The teachers are for the most part phenomenal, and the academic environment is rich, however the environment is also somewhat toxic because there is a lot of competition, and because the academics are so well recognized, most kids at the school are extremely intelligent, and that makes people of average intelligence feel inferior, and those kids who do not take AP classes are often looked down upon.
Overall my school is a good one, however the workload can be a bit intense at times as many teachers will often disregard the fact that students have 5 other classes as well as extracurricular activities as well, with many teachers each claiming that all they require is a half hour or an hour outside of the classroom each day dedicated to their class. But when each teacher asks for an hour of work done at home and you take 6 classes, all of the sudden you have 6 hours of homework daily on top of any extracurricular activities you may do, such as sports, a job, or club activities. Also, the cafeteria food is to be avoided if possible.
