Robert Morgan is a great school, but it is also flawed.Teachers are supposed to teach and encourage their students, instead of ridiculing and disrespecting them.I remember one day i stood up for a classmate who was feeling sick and had her head down, the teacher was yelling at her and gave her detention.I raised my hand and politely told the teacher that the student wasn't feeling well and that her attitude was unnecessary and frankly, disrespectful.I gave the idea of letting the student stop by the nurse, but before i could finish my sentence, the teacher loudly, in front of everyone told me to be quiet while also making hand gestures and loud noises in order for me to not finish my sentence, which violates my right of freedom of speech. That is only one story of the many. While Robert Morgan is a great school with great safety and diversity, their teachers should take some time to contemplate about respect. They expect us to respect them, i believe that they should also respect us.

Robert Morgan has an excellent choir program, and nice environment. The school often struggles to keep track of issues going on around the school. Most teachers there simply teach for the money and not because they care but. The few that do care are wonderful teachers. The school waste money on glam and making it look pretty and not the actual important stuff like correctly funding certain programs. They claim to not have the manpower/money to fund sports but thats not true. They spent thousands of dollars on televisions, decals, painting walls which I'm sure could've gone to other programs that needed them more. The experiences I had in choir and with my friends were great. The learning portion of the school could've been better.
A lot smaller school than most of the other schools in the area such as Coral Reef and South Dade Senior. That being said, the kids there were mostly pleasant apart form the troublesome few. School events like rallies and student talent shows are lively and common. Student violence has risen within the last couple of years that I have been there, fights breakout in bathrooms more frequently than one may think. Administration has instituted several police officers and patrol cars around campus. Additionally they follow a strict Zero Tolerance rule on fighting, meaning if you child was to forcibly defend him/herself they would still be reprimanded, suspended, and have it marked on their record. They do not host any sort of localized sports team, so if you are looking to compete in football for instance you would have to go play for another school such as South Dade Senior.
