When making the decision to switch my daughter to Roanoke Catholic after being in the public school system through seventh grade, I had no idea how much of an impact it would have on our family. The transition has been amazing! My daughter has been welcomed and immediately became valued. To quote my daughter (14 yrs old), "Mom, it's just a great learning environment". I could not be any happier with our decision. I only wish I had made the transition earlier. Roanoke Catholic School has become a haven for us during this challenging time of Covid. The faculty and staff put the health, safety, and education of the children first. I'm proud to say that my daughter and I are members of the RCS family. I look forward to her finishing her upper school years at Roanoke Catholic School!

Our daughter began attending Roanoke Catholic at the beginning of her 7th grade academic year and WOW! what a difference it has made in all of our lives! The staff at RCS made the transition from public to private school seamless. Our daughter's grades, motivation towards learning, and overall attitude have greatly improved!

During the adventure of distance learning during COVID-19, she still has a structured day of learning and is even allowed time to socialize with her peers via Google Classroom. The teachers have made themselves available for questions and additional help wherever needed - for the parents and students.

Roanoke Catholic School has improved the lives of our family by simply caring about our child. We couldn't ask to be part of a better community!
Our daughter is in her third year at Roanoke Catholic and we could not be happier! As a former public school teacher, I am very impressed with the curriculum, faculty, administration, and support staff. We begin each day with a warm greeting from a faculty member and I feel that my daughter's teacher truly cares about her emotional, academic, and religious eduction. If you are eager to escape the public school world of SOL testing and the unfortunate lack of moral education, I suggest that you give the main office a call for a tour. You won't be disappointed!
