I've been in the Riverton District for the majority of my education, we aren't the richest, smartest, or most accomplished, but here I've grown way more than I would anywhere else. Being a Riverton Hawk has allowed me the opportunity to prosper ahead in my college career and has always supported me in expanding my education. Riverton has multiple programs you can enlist in to grow your education and experience with the goal to make you life ready after high school. I have never had any problems reaching out for help, and so many of the teachers are understanding because they just want to see you succeed. I am allowed to be independent and I am trusted to go down my own path, I've been supported in every educational decision and non-educational decisions because we are a hawk family. Our community is one that stays connected and one you can depend on. I wouldn't trade my education for any other!
Riverton High School offers a great overall feel. We have amazing and supportive teachers, coaches, and administrators.
I would like to see better academics, but I always feel safe and included in all schoolwide activities. The teachers are always willing to help and want to prepare you for your future.
