We love the structure, discipline and consistency that Riverside Military Academy has given our son. He is now motivated to do his best and is back to earning straight A’s. He is more respectful at home and he is definitely more focused and attentive.
Our son is looking forward to attending the leadership camp, so he can take on a leadership role in 10th grade. We also can’t wait for our other son to start in August!

Riverside Military Academy is a school that truly cares about the future of young men and their roles as productive members of society beyond high school and college. There is no other place that can provide such valuable leadership experience. These young men have more responsibility before 7 am then the majority the majority of kids do throughout the entire day. It amazing to watch the bond that grows at RMA. It is difficult to get full parental involvement due to the large amount of out of state and international students. However, the plus side of that is the amazing diversity the children are exposed to.
i am a riverside graduate class of 2016. I went in with the goal of going to college at a certain top tier university, which I did get into so I guess riverside provided what I needed. Your child will get out of Riverside what they put into it. If they go into the experience with a good attitude they will be successful on some level no matter who they are... I have seen it. But, the academics are a joke, they will tell you that your child is succeeding because of small class sizes and all boys environment and structured studying but it’s really just the classes are so easy. My gpa went up a half a point in three years which is awesome but it wasn’t due to structure lol it was due to easy classes. I took 3 AP classes and those were pretty good.
I did make really great lifelong friends there because we lived together and shared the common sucky experience of being at riverside. The commandant is a jackass tho
