I loved how in a small town school system the teachers actually care to see every student that walks through their doors graduate and actually learn the material they're getting told they have to know. I've always been super involved in high school. I'm now a cheerleader in college like I was at RHS, I just wish there was more school spirit for sports and other areas in the school. It's so sad to sit here and think you're a weird kid if you stand up at pep rally's and cheer with your cheerleaders because your fight song is playing by your school band. I wish one day someone could be the change and involve every student that walks through RHS doors. Just like they're all excited to actually learn and graduate.

Riverside is a well managed school, but there is no freedom. Many kids struggle coming to school because we get treated like we’re kids. We can’t have phones out, everything is blocked, we can’t leave class without an agenda, we can’t do anything really. However, it has a good diversity and allows one to fit in with who they want and can.
Great school! Teachers are willing to help and so friendly. Definitely in financial need to make the school a safer and healthier environment to learn in.
