River Mill is a phenomenal school that allows students at a young age to prosper and develop academically. They focus on working with their students and you are able to see that they genuinely care about the kids. It is a priority to do whats best for students and do everything possible to prepare students for college and life after high school. Areas in which they could improve would be to focus less on trivial and insubordinate issues which lead to hindering students education. The problem with not having teachers or them leaving would also be something that I would suggest fixing for the overall well-being of the school, its students, and teachers.
I loved how the school is small and easier to learn. In addition, the school is new built with new gym and high school building. If I had to change, one thing is the dropping/picking up the students because of the traffic it takes and time. In addition, they should change the tardy policy for kids who is stuck in the line and make school start at 8:15!
