I enjoyed Rider High School thoroughly, the learning was always focused on and made the main point of the day. The teachers and administration were amazing and always looking for more opportunities and way to help you succeed further in life. The balance of homework and classwork was just right for most classes but obviously variated with different teaching styles. On the note of various teaching styles, it allowed us as students to be able to build the skill to adapt to the instructors teaching and better prepare us for future instructors with different teaching styles. I would like to see more parent and teacher involvement at the younger levels of high school. More parents and teachers staying on top of grading and parents notifying kids about grades and keeping up with assignments and such.

Rider is great high school to attend! The staff is very active in furthering the education of each and every student. I've enjoyed my past 4 years as a Raider, and would highly recommend attending this high school. It is a great and very positive environment, full of lots of encouragement and ways to get involved.
My favorite part of high school was being a part of the football team. I started on varsity for 3 years. We worked hard enough to make the playoffs every year that I attended school at Rider. My favorite season was, of course, my senior season. We had a rough start (1-4) but had a miraculous turn-around to make it to the State Semi-Finals with a final record of 10-5. I have learned many valuable lessons through playing football that I would have had to learn later in life. Playing football at Rider definitely was the highlight of my high school years. Because of football, I now have an edge for success as I transition into college life and adulthood.
