I absolutely love Reynolds High School! It is a great school and compared to other schools around they area, they are very accepting and there is little bullying/harassment. Reynolds creates a safe and fun atmosphere for their students and they have amazing teachers. The teachers take time to get to know their students and create a comfortable and enjoyable learning experience. Not only does Reynolds excel in academics but also in sports. The football team is the D-10 champions and the wrestling team has been the State Champions for the past five years straight. All the sports teams include and accept everyone that is playing and strive to make them better. I absolute love Reynolds High School and I will miss it when I leave for college.
Very small school with no more than a graduating class of 100. Very friendly staff that is willing to work with students and aid them in any way possible. Lots of academic opportunities available, including advanced programs within the school. Opportunities of dual enrollment with colleges through the school. Community based (welcoming to all). Wonderful special needs programs. Student attitude is overall very positive and there exists no clichés/stereotypes. Well known for wrestling program, but all programs have equal opportunities. Lots of possibilities of extracurricular involvement for those not interested in sports. Police officer and police dog in school as resource and aid (very secure school).
If you take your kid here, you're a terrible parent. School lunches are crap. The students consist of straight, white, redneck, homophobic, kids. You will only meet like 2-3 black or other races there. The teachers stopped caring, they only want you to graduate, they're done teaching you at 10th grade. This school has had so many threats, it's ridiculous. Glad I'm gone.
