Middle school para mi fueron los años que mejor nota obtuvo mi hijo el trabajo de los maestros impecables los decanos muy responsables realmente la considero jna escuela muy buena
I like how this school cares about a student's financial situation. This is a technology-based school where a computer is needed to function; yet if a student comes from a disadvantaged background this could be a problem. The administration actually made up a policy. They would lend the computer; if the student still uses the same computer by the end of their sophomore year they are allowed to keep. During that time, they can take it home. They also ask if the student can afford wifi at home and all. I was offered this because of my mother's paycheck. We also have to take our own lunch; so the same thing is offered to those students, they provide lunch to those who can't; I took that opportunity my freshman year. They also do fundraisers to give families food for holidays; I find that to be a very touching gesture. I love how friendly the teachers are and how engaged they are with their students. I also find it nice how they provide us with free ap exams; ap exams are expensive.
Research Triangle High School is a a great school. The school environment is very inclusive, so you'll have no problem making friends. Many of the teachers take good care of their students, and academically, this school is pretty good. However, there are a few problems with the whole system. First of all, Research Triangle High School uses a program called the Summit Learning Program. The program itself if genius, but many teachers do not use it the way it is supposed to be used. So, it can be quite confusing for students, both new and returning. However, once you get the hang of it, things can get easier.
I went to this school until my 5th grade year. The teachers are nice and helpful. The work thats given out is very helpful and makes you want to learn even more. The food is delicious and their elective classes are spectacular!! Your kids will love this school.
It is a good school with a great curriculum. However, at first, a system called the PLP was very hard to understand.
i hate it there. My teacher is racist and teaches us false information. I suggest you don't bring you child here. Phones are never aloud. Do absolute nothing about bullying. If you fail you get held back. And they barely help with anything.
RTCA sucks as a student their lunch is very nasty and the leadership here is horrible and unorganized glad this is my last year!
Did not like how this school operated. This school had nasty lunch, but the academic were honestly good for some classes.
I do not have experience with the PLP system but the traditional classes are very rigorous and rewarding.
All of the security feels incredible accept protection against sexual assault. I have been personally assaulted and do not feel that all of the proper precautions or consequences were taken.
I am extremely involved in the Speech and Debate program and I love every second of it.
Bullying is a big deal at this school and personal safety is pretty decent. It does lack school nurse but I don't think that is that big of a need
A lot of different clubs like speech and debate chess club etc but speech and debate is probably the most popular club but no club has a extremely high level of commitment besides things like NHS
Most of the teachers are good, as well as there teaching styles. They are are pretty knowledgeable they give a good effort to engage with students and grading is pretty consistent
We don't have a cafeteria here and don't really get many options if your getting school lunch unless you pay at the beginning of the month to get pizza hut, chick fil la, etc
all of it is affective for students, dress code and everything
