Well, what I like about the school is that there is a lot of diversity, They have good communication and the students there are very friendly.
That the diversity that is at the school, & that we have all different cultures going to one school.
For any scholars who are soon entering their freshman year of High school , I want emphasize that high school is what you make it to a degree. That applies to students who are not willing to utilize every tool the school provides .However, if the school fails to provide an organized and productive environment where a student's creativity can thrive and grown then the whole High school experience becomes a grueling process .I say all that to say this, Republic High School has been the most unorganized school with a large amount of uneducated teachers who had no care for the children's education.Sure you had the concessional teacher who cared about school and home problems ,and you had moments with friends where school actually became fun.Despite this ,the overwhelming amount of teachers who didn't teach ,come to class, or manage the class room environment.Overall it is a sad excuse for what a high school should be and the scholars who will do great things have only each other to thank.
Danger!!! Do not recommend this year or the next two do not go. They weren't ready to open this school the first graduating class was luck because it was new but they couldn't sick to rules and regulations that didnt helped the students
Republic High School did I great job preparing us for college. I really appreciate the College Prep course that we were required to take.
My experience at Republic High School has been rewarding and I've gained more experience to help me prepare for college. Also Republic High School has helped me the best student I can be giving me the tools I need for life after high school. What I would change about the school is the breakfast and lunch currently offered at the school.
The education we are offered by our school and the teachers has helped us so much and given me the opportunities to prepare for college. They have provided us with free ACT Prep since sophomore year, an amazing counselor that has guided us with the college applications all the way through to the very end. However, we just don't have the best students that fully appreciate what some teachers do for us and how far they have helped.
One thing from Republic High School that I loved was that college counselors were on top of their game. Not once did I ever feel like I wasn't prepared for college. I love the way that our college prep teacher and our college counselors pushed us to try our hardest, they never gave up on me or my peers. The college department at Republic High School is my favorite part of this school.
What I like about Republic High School would be my teachers. My teachers are passionate about making sure that I learn. They want to make sure that I absolutely thrive. I also love how my peers and I care for each other. My senior class is always coming together to help each other achieve great things.
The management and rules change constantly and its sometimes difficult for students to adapt. The school has good academic class but the students don't get to pick their paths
I have been a student of Republic schools (High)since it was opened. It was hard work but there was ALWAYS one goal programmed in my brain since 5th grade...college....here I am senior in high school and I have already 3 college acceptance letters
The food is disgusting, the teachers can under no circumstances teach. But worst of all the behavior .
I attended Republic High School for all four years. My graduating class was the founders of the school. It was a wonderful experience being the first class. We paved the way for all the students after us. However my experience was not that smooth. There were some challenges. Our school went through changes mentally and physically while trying to create a foundation for the school.
It’s probably the best you’re going to get in the area, but that doesn’t mean it’s good. With limited options for extra curriculars and electives, the entire system feels as if it’s being held together by tape.
I feel so at home. It is truly an amazing place. I can say that I am developing into a bright young woman because of the support I receive at school. I wish the state could see how beneficial this charter school is and how important it is to me and so many other.
Most of the events were okay however the school is new so its missing a lot of things like gym, field, more staff and more courses.
