Without a doubt, I love Renton High School. Before I moved to Renton, I was always afraid that I'd be surrounded by many Caucasian people-- people that didn't look like me. I was afraid that I'd be the small Filipino girl left out of the crowd because I was different; this was not the case. Renton High School had a diversity like no other! I felt very comfortable surrounded by students and staff that respected each other regardless of their skin color. The annual Multicultural Show at the school showed me that the school not only has diversity but also celebrates it by having students showcase the pride they radiate in their culture.

Renton Senior High School offers a variety of opportunities ranging from clubs, academic, sports, and numerous other extracurricular activities! All opportunities at the school requires the initiative but is a grand learning and stepping stone for real-life experiences!
My experience at Renton High was very good! The teachers are supportive and qualified to handle all kinds of high schoolers and the students are all about diversity and inclusion. However, there were instances where I noticed the same kids getting the same recognition for doing not much more than the average. I would like to see more students get the recognition they deserve for their accomplishments.
