What I like about Reidsville high school is how they help everyone achieve their goals rather it's present or for the future.
I love RHS and everyone here! I think we have a great student body who is a great support system for our sports. GO RAMS!!! I think that the only thing we could do better is our attendance... Maybe an incentive for better attendance than usual.
I had a great four years! Proud to be a ram! It's not perfect! There is a few things that could be better and a few bad eggs that the school would be better off without. But there are some great people and things going on in Reidsville.
Being at Reidsville High for 3 years, continuing to be 4, it has been a great experience. Many students here have such underrated talent such as being very artistic, playing tennis, basketball, football and very intelligent in the classrooms. Teachers are welcoming, they help you learn and most definitely try to help you get your work done. Junior year is kind of rough, but eventually you’ll push through the obstacles. Students use to even help me out sometimes if I need it. The school spirit at Reidsville is so GREAT. Everybody, including myself always looks forward to the basketball and football seasons. For our city to be as small as it is, we can sure show so much support for the school. What I would like to see changed is updated bathrooms, buildings.. etc because our school is a little old. I feel like we should have better food choices because the food here sucks. If it was in my hands I would definitely change that.
RHS is a great educational setting. They are very supportive of their students, families, staff and community supporters.
I like the family that Reidsville High School has built between all the students and the staff. There will always be someone to call on when you're in need. Also, the sports community is amazing. Football and basketball are our highlight sport, and we have unconditional support from students, staff and the Reidsville community. Overall, the school is a fun and safe place to be.
What I like most about Reidsville High School is the great learning environment. One thing I would like to change about this school is the lack of fun activities inside classrooms.
Reidsville High School is somewhere where students feel encouraged to reach their dreams and work hard. The faculty and administration is always looking for the best in their students. I think my experiences at Reidsville High have been nothing but amazing.
I love how inclusive and excepting Reidsville High School is. There is something there for everyone. The staff is dedicated to their students and every single staff member is involved in the schools sports, extra activities, and tutoring. There is an undeniable family environment to the school.
I love the IB program and the teachers who work with the IB students, they work endlessly to make sure we get he best education and he best opportunities available to us.
Reidsville High is a 9-12 education environment and I am an RHS student. Some staff are disrespectful and use vulgar language. There are many teachers that just do not care. There are however teachers that do and are great but there are only a select few. All in all, my experience at Reidsville High School has been alright but I would not recommend this school to someone if they are not going to be participating in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program. Overall the IB program is a pretty good program but otherwise just taking regular classes or honors classes I would not recommend this school to no one. Oh, and by the way forgot to talk about how nasty the bathrooms and classroom floors are. The custodians/janitors never sweep or mop the classroom floors. The custodians/janitors also use the same gloves from cleaning the bathrooms to clean other areas such as classrooms. They also use the same mops and brooms from the bathrooms to seldomly clean classrooms and hallways.
Overall a good experience there. Teachers as a whole don't get the credit they deserve. They need more counselors to assist with the College Planning process as well as day to day issues that arise. I felt supported and cared for by the staff and am very appreciative of all those who do take time and care for their students. I did leave for my senior year of high school because I needed an arts-based school to further my dance career. Thank You, Reidsville High for some amazing memories and friendships that will last a lifetime!
Reidsville is a good place to go if you are really into football. One of the best football teams in the state but everything else is pretty average.
Kids are not prepared for life after high school. No classes that teach a trade to those kids that won't go to college and ill prepared kids that will.
In my freshmen year, I had the most fun I have ever had in high school attending this school. The classes were fun, the administration were excellent at their jobs, etc. However, the quality in school life began to decline and the administration seemed less organized in later years.
The IB program is a plus along with all the avaliable diverse classes. They are many great staff and faculty. The administratiom is also good.
Reidsville High School has become a great IB world school and has grown tremendously through out the years. Reidsville has always had a bad reputation but from my personal experience it is the best school in our county! I am apart of the theatre program at Reidsville and we work really hard to make it better every year. I am also apart of our IB program and it has improved not only the education level but the whole school shows more colorful aspects with having IB.
