This is a great school, very organized, disciplined, focused on academics. It prepared my kids so well to go to high school. It is a traditional school. Students have good manners, dress appropriately.

The only thing I am not happy with is starting from two years ago, this school replaced a real teacher with software (Rosetta Stone) to teach Spanish. All the students hated it. I hope they realize how bad it is and go back to the traditional way to teach foreign language. Of course, most other public schools in this area don't offer foreign language at all.

The teachers communicate well with other teachers in grade level, so you know you are getting a consistent education with the other classrooms. They are faithful to the traditional teaching methods and the results show that it works! They are free with their time for tutoring those who need extra help. Even though it's a pretty big school, the teachers know the students and it feels like a small school.
The school nurse is friendly and knowledgeable, they do regular drills for emergency situations and have lock-down kits available in case supplies are needed during a long lock down. I feel my child is very safe there.
