Class sizes allow teachers to have one on one attention with their students. There are not a lot of schedule change options with some of the changes. They do a somewhat good job allowing students to get work experience. Youth apprenticeship is something that is very common.
Reedsville high school is an interesting school to go to, I have gone here all my life and so have many of the other people I go to school with. This is a small community so everyone knows everyone, that can be good and bad, it is good because everyone bands together and is supportive in times of crisis, but it is also bad because the groups stay the same throughout the years, the same people don't have a lot of friends throughout school, and they will band together to humiliate other students. Reedsville gives students some opportunity to grow and learn to the highest extent but it can also hold people back, for example, there aren't that many clubs or a wide variety of sports.
This school is the worst school to possibly exist. The teachers don’t know how to teach the students and they always are yelling at the students.
I have little to complain about with the school that is the school's fault. Aside from mediocre school lunches I could barely touch, it was rather average for faults. In terms of positives, the teachers are the stars. The ones that truly shine are the aspect of the school that impacted me the most. I found great support for my ambitions, even those that many would have written off, along with humor and understanding. I am incredibly grateful for the teachers who went above and beyond doing their job to make their classroom a positive environment.
it is a wonderful school to try to figure out wht=at you want to be but at the same time, some classes don't really teach you. I struggle with math and last year I had to get a tutor because the teachers weren't helping me. The food there is absolutely terrible some students go all day without eating because the school lunch is so bad they would rather just starve until they get home. RIght now I'm doing a research paper over Christmas break because "we don't" have enough time to go through everything and I always need help so how am I suppose to get help on Christmas break?
Certain areas in the school can be very cliquey, but everyone is mostly friendly. A very tight knit community where almost everyone participates in a sport.
