Redwood High School is very large it's the largest high school in our district. We actually have more students than were supposed to because so many people who live in other districts transfer to Redwood. So, clearly it's got something going for it. With so many students comes advantages and disadvantages, because our school is so large there is a lot of diversity in students and in student interests. We have a drama club that draws about 50-60 students, but we also have more non-conventional clubs. We have a spy club, an engineering club, a math club, an animation club, a key club, paws for a cause, and even a coloring club! Since so many people transfer to this school it means that people want to be there, so, we have the most school spirit of any school in the area. We also have a lot of teachers who really care about their students and who understand that each student is not just taking their class and don't overload their students while still pushing them to grow academically.

I have had a great experience at Redwood! I am a current Senior. I have been involved in many clubs, 2 sports, ASB, and many AP classes. There are many opportunities to get involved in clubs on campus. There is also a club for everyone and any interests. It is very easy to create new ones and continue old ones. On Redwood campus, sports is a big deal. We all cheer each other on, and work hard for our goals. Redwood has great school spirit and culture. We strive to keep everyone connected and feel like they matter. The teachers and admin, on campus, are very involved in the students' lives, and want us to succeed. Overall, Redwood is a great campus for a student to be apart of and live out their high school experience.
As a student that graduated from this high school, I would have to say that Redwood High School gave me the best 4 years as a high school student! The campus was full of friendly faces, and was overall a really comforting place! Academics were outstanding and I would definitely say that I was prepared for college! The teachers were amazing and I could not thank them enough for the amount of support I got from them. Redwood High School will always hold a special place in my heart!
