Redlands East Valley is a very collaborative school that focuses on having a setting in which kids have morals and are prepared for being adults.
Returning back from school from distance learning, the school is cautious on COVID-19 and was very organized when coming back to school when it came to textbook pickups, schedule pick ups and more. Along with this they helped students feel engaged through social media and emails.
The school strives to have a community going off of the REV- WAY. Where the R stands for Responsible. The E stands for Ethical. The V stands for Vocal. The W stands for Wildcat, the mascot of the high school. The A stands for Accountable, and last but not least the Y stands for You. Holding a ranking of about 200 of the 1000 schools in California, the Redlands high school is known to strive in academics and athletics being a public school.
I had a great time in the time attending Redlands East Valley and think it is a very welcoming community with acceptance.

My experience at Redlands East Valley High has been like no other. When I first arrived as a Freshman, I was constantly freaking out; however, I was able to make friends who have helped me find my way around the school. REV is a very welcoming school to everyone that steps foot on campus. What I'd like to see change is the social norms that people have around the school. Many students around campus will stay within their groups that aren't the right fit for them. They don't make an effort to put themselves out there because they're too afraid of what their friends will say.
This school is very good and has been very helpful in assisting the students in being ready for college. We have plenty of opportunities to get help and be successful. They facilities are very nice, we were able to just get a library renovation. They teachers are kind and helpful in motivating students to continue to work for success. There are many different types of clubs to join that make the day more fun. We have a very good music program, that I am proud to say I am proud to be apart of, it is very successful. The school is very supportive and involved in the school and the students. I feel this school have given me many opportunists I didn't know existed.
