I did not like Redbank Valley Highschool. I had many issues with the administration discriminating against me, a disabled student.
Redbank is full of bullying that the staff does nothing about. The school board members are all older, and none of whom have students in the district. Therefore, they do not care about the students or their education; everything is about money. They cut necessary programs and they refuse to raise taxes in order to support funding. They don't pay substitutes what they deserve and it's just an overall unfriendly atmosphere.
My experience at Redbank Valley High School was not too bad. There are some issues with teachers not doing their jobs efficiently and not treating all the students fairly. Plus we are constantly being told we are going to have to cut sports because we are in such deep of debt. The athletic programs are very proficient and each sport typically makes it into the playoffs each year. The faculty doesn't really seem to want involved into any of the situations that happen though.
Redbank Valley High School has improved over the years, but there's still a long way to go. The higher ups in administration is this school's weak spot.
Redbank Valley High School was a terrible place. I hated high school more than the average kid. Not only were the classes not challenging enough for me, but the special treatment to certain students is enough to make you sick.
This school system punishes those being bullied and does nothing to the bullies. Do not follow IEP.
There isn't a lot of clubs
They need to worry about the education of the kids rather than if the kid is good at sports. Everything is based on whether the kid is a good athlete or not..
Our school isn't an area where we have to worry about being unsafe, but if something were to happen we would have a plan and know what to do.
My overall experience at this school is alright. I have a high GPA and think i am getting a very good education. The reason I would choose another school would be because I never made really great friends with anybody here at this school because I don't really fit in. Another reason would be to go to a school with a stronger cheer leading squad or a school with more students in it.
I believe that the teachers a my school are amazing. They are all very intelligent, have great personalities, and truly care about their students and I have seen it for myself. In class, they will help anyone who needs help or has a question and they do take in consideration the students opinions to have a better learning experience.
The school has several very dedicated teachers who are very well respected within the community and by their students and who will be missed by the graduating class.
Our school is very safe it has a camera and audio and try to get into our school the school police comes whenever needed to talk to students also the school nurse is always there for you if you're sick. our school is very safe because all doors are locked at all times and teachers have to open the door to let you in.
Teachers push you to do the best that you can and if they think we are able to move on to a more difficult level then we do. Also we have AP coures available to students who want to go above and beyond before school and even your struggling they provide the help you will to succeed.
Teachers and coaches are willing to put all their time and energy into us students so we can be the best that we can possibly be
I've had a great experience at my high school.
My favorite parts of this school include the sports and the teachers that actually teach. I play volleyball and I just love it. What really made me like this school would be the teachers that have actually helped me and actually care about my education. The new class period we have once a week is just for seniors, and it has been very helpful.
