The school has a very good education system but the school lacks in protecting their students who are in minority groups from discrimination.
Average school experience. I had the support and help from my counselor, Dr. Stauffer. Mr. Masser and others and others were very supportive of my time at Red Lion.
The academics are pretty good, however the people in charge don’t always care as much as they should. Bullying is a problem many have experienced here, without much change to happen. Academics & sports are very good however.
There's good moments with the school, but some of the staff members are rude on several instances. Some staff members are very helpful, and have saved me on several occasions of bullying. Most of the students are rude, and disrespectful towards the staff and others around them. The school spends money on unnecessary things, instead of replacing our bathroom doors in the school bathrooms. Several students have stolen sinks, toilets, mirrors, bathroom stall doors, etc. The school doesn't replace them, instead they shut down the entire system of bathrooms, and none of the guys can even go to the bathroom, therefore one person ruining it for all of them. Not my best school.
I like the teachers because they are usually friendly and they take their time when they teach. Some of the students can be mean but it's high school so it's not that big of a deal.
Going to Red Lion Senior high school was beneficial to me and my friends. We enjoyed most of our biology, math, and history teachers and appreciated the many choices of classes offered for each semester. English teachers were very helpful, especially when my interest was not keen. The large pool, sporting fields , and school building are well maintained and clean. My favorite times were during the electives and Tech ed . Those teachers are excellent. I learned alot, even during virtual classes.
I have met some great people during my time at RLASH and the overall focus of my future studies has some of the best-qualified people for teaching it. But unless you have an idea of knowing where you want to go, it's 50/50 as far as the other general studies.
The Red Lion Area Senior High School offered many different opportunities for every student. There were many different teams and clubs for students interested in music, sports, or even leadership. There are also many internships that students may participate in. These internships gave students the opportunity to learn and earn credit towards graduation.
Overall, I liked the teachers that I had at Red Lion. The higher level courses were/are engaging, challenging, and fun. The school is clean for the most part. The hallway traffic is often bad, and several times there were scheduling issues that prevented me from taking all of the classes I wanted. Despite this, I think I have had a good high school experience and Red Lion has been a good school to go to.
Average high school. Teachers are nice. Improvement can be made everywhere. Administration is wack. Very rural district.
I enjoyed my time at Red Lion. As a 2 sport athlete, athletics was a huge part of my high school years. The facilities for athletes were nice.
The teachers here are phenomenal. The administration leaves a lot to be desired, but people aren't too horrible around her.
My experience at Red Lion has been pretty average. The faculty are all mostly nice, but there are a few teachers and staff that could always be a little nicer. The school is very nice and clean, except for a few roaches here and there.
Personally, all of the teachers I've had have been really dedicated to helping you succeed. Every teacher here wants you to do great things and do great in life.
Everyone in the school treats everyone else like trash. And no one does anything about it, everyone gets into fights, vapes, smokes weed, all in the bathrooms, we now have vape detectors in the bathrooms, because of people making stupid decisions.
Red Lion Area Senior High School is an excellent public school to attend. They have a wide variety of sports with excellent coaches for all the teams. The teachers and the rest of the staff are very kind and friendly. The guidance counselors are very helpful when it comes to preparing you for college. The teachers also help to prepare the students for college. The academics in the school are excellent with a huge variety of different class including some special STEM courses.
Red Lion was a great experience for me, the staff and teachers always come to school with a smile on their face ready to teach. Red Lion tries its best to make sure each and every student is heard. There is no other school that I believe any student could feel safer at.
