I am currently a Junior at Red Land High School and the two and a half years at red land were fantastic with a year and a half to go! Red Land has opened me up to so many opportunities that I cannot thank them enough for. They have prepared me so well for what's about to come in my future and how to help me successfully get there. The staff there has done nothing but ensure that students are well prepared for anything life throws at us weather it is how to write a check or how to properly talk to people in a work setting. I think it's just so amazing how they have focused on not only remarkable curriculum but they make it a point to get us ready in the real world when we're on our own. Especially now that i'm an upperclassmen, college and work are things I really need to consider looking at and they certainly have me in the right direction!
The teachers really invest in their students and that helped me to grow during my high school years. Some of the organizational rules could use some work. I would love to see the school incorporate their alumni back into things more regularly, as I think its good for the students to see there prospective futures! I would also like to see more investment into getting new students connected with clubs and activities. I came to Red Land as a Junior so it was hard to get connected when everybody already had their groups.
Red Land is a great school! There are so many different opportunities given to students to find what they love to do. The sports teams do extremely well, the academics are great, and the music program is incredible.
