My experience at R.B. Stall was overall good the teacher and staff caring and responsible of their work, and students. A negative aspect of the school would have to be students, as there would often be fights.
it’s okay the administration is not as up to par as it sound be……………………………………………………………………………………………..
I like the learning environment and opportunities given to the students. The teachers are caring and want the best for me and others. What I’d like to see change is how students interact. Having students develop better skills at interacting with classmates they don’t know for better speaking skills would be nice.
all 4 years was a different experience with the new changes from the principal to the staff, i enjoyed attending!
The school itself is a very average high school. The teachers and staff that make up the school make the experience amazing. They are truly invested in their students and getting them to succeed to develop and mature into young adults. They are invested in the student's future and always come to school with their best intentions in making the high school experience the best it can be. The only thing that would give R.B. Stall High a 4 star instead of 5 stars is the slight annoyance of student behavior as well as the school lunch not being as delectable, given it is free and reduced lunch, but it's just the preparation of the food is not the best. Despite those minor grievances, overall the school is great, and I'm happy to be a warrior.
Stall high school offers great resources when it comes to helping students with academics. Also the administrators are very helpful.
I experienced a lot within one year of being at this school. The teachers are very nice willing to help out with anything and they always make you wanna smile. The principal is very nice and easy to talk to.
I appreciate how as a new student this school year the school promotes diversity, community and inclusivity. For example, for Black history month, students were encouraged to dress in African attire, share cultural art and there was also provided ethnic cuisine for all to enjoy.
R.B Stall High School was overall a good high school. The principal respected student's perspectives and shaped the school policy based on our opinions and what he and the other administrators believed would ensure success. The teachers worked with students to help them understand what was the best plan that worked for each of them because they realized that not everyone learns the same way. They also offered help with other subjects if we needed them. Teachers and Staff members as well as other students encouraged us to be better and to strive for greatness while also pointing us in the right direction if we didn't exactly know where to start.
Just like any school you have pros and cons. For the pros I would say I've had some pretty good teachers who helped me catch up when I needed it the most and some students I've met and we've all become great friends. Cons I wish I knew before that I could graduate early. They didn't really have a good enough system for it because the majority of certain classes couldn't follow rules so really that was their main focus but they did try to attend the ones who showed talent more. Although it wasn't the best school it was enough for me to catch up and be able to graduate with at least a 3.0.
The AP classes are nice and the school administration tries to have some spirit but its still an ok school.
Despite its bad reputation I actually had a great time at that school. Even with some of the bad memories of have of it whether it was me getting bullied, cliche high school drama or even everyday fights I felt at home. Especially at the library; the loved the librarians and the teachers to death. I would definitely visit there and I’m glad to be an alumni of that school. It may not be the best to others, but it definitely has a couple diamonds in the rough that can definitely go far in life.
My experience at R.B. Stall High School was overall great. I wouldn’t say it was the best due to some complications. The reputation of the school is not at all what you experience. The teachers are amazing they care for you and go out of their way to make sure you succeed. The most loving and caring administration and teachers are here at their finest.
R.B. Stall high school offers many opportunities to its students and has a very diverse and welcoming population. However, there is poor administration and leadership which leads to poor communication between students and teachers.
Within my four years at Stall High School, I have been very successful in my academics and social life. The Admin, teachers, guidance counselor’s, and even my principal has prepared me for life after high school. They make sure I have as much help as I needed by providing after-school tutoring and online practice as well with google classroom. I feel comfortable talking to my teachers about anything and they dispute encouraging words for me everyday. There are many opportunities for students to get involved and Stall is the best place for it! They acknowledge your excellence with award ceremonies for every quarter followed by even bigger recognition into the National Honors Society and Beta Club. Also, we are a very diverse school with children of all colors and no one is ever left out . I love my school and all of the potential it has for others.
One thing I would like for the school to change is for the teachers/administrators/principal to focus on all the students rather than just the smart ones because that may cause the other students to act "dumb" and not do their work when they're more than capable to complete more things in school.
Stall high school has wonderful teachers so much so it has inspired me to teach later in life it also gave me and other students a great environment to learn and prosper to do the best we could to succeed not only in academics but in sports and extracurricular activity’s would highly recommend this school for future high school students
